I am a Culture Transformation Consultant certified with the Barrett Values Centre, Co-Active Leadership Coach and seasoned Leadership Facilitator with a focus on supporting whole organisations, teams and individuals to realize their potential and achieve optimal performance in the ever-changing world of work.

I have over 20 years of experience gained from working with the private and public sector entities. My consulting expertise includes areas of leadership development, organisational development, culture transformation, Personal Mastery, strategic planning and thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Diversity & Inclusion, Conflict Management, transformational coaching and facilitation. I have an in-depth understanding and passion for people and leadership issues related to mindsets, behaviours and capabilities. 

I have been trained as a Facilitator of Transformation by McKinsey & Co and Gita Bellin & Associates in Europe. My academic background is in Human Resources Management and holds a Leadership Coaching qualification from The Coaches Training Institute Europe. I have worked with diverse audiences in the continent of Africa and Europe.
